Our Property Litigation team handle a wide variety of property disputes covering both commercial and high end residential.  We act for investors, developers, lenders, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers and private individuals.

We handle all landlord and tenant disputes, land, property and insolvency issues and all regulatory matters.

We will represent clients depending on the appropriateness and progress of a case in the High Court, County Court, Appeal Court, Leasehold Valuation Tribunal or Land Tribunal.
