Probate & Administration

Dealing with a person's affairs after they have died is never an easy task. We fully recognise that there are many emotional as well as practical steps you may have to carry out both in the short term, in respect of the funeral, and with regard to their estate.

We can provide practical guidance and assistance with these sensitive issues, providing as much, or as little, support as you wish.

We are very experienced in dealing with the administration of estates. Everyone’s situation is unique and we would therefore meet initially to discuss your personal situation with a view to identifying how best to assist you.

In some cases we are appointed as Executors and may be asked to handle the whole of the administration whilst in other cases we may be asked to simply prepare the Inheritance Tax Return and application for Probate as the family or friends wish to do everything else. We are happy to work with you to find a solution that is agreeable to everyone.
