Trusts

Our Private Client team can advise on trust and estate planning for clients, including UK inheritance tax issues plus advice for non-domiciliaries.

We advise on setting up trusts: should a client wish to enhance, restructure or break a trust we provide pragmatic advice and guidance.   There will be many occasions where we are required to balance the diverse interests of family members and differing generations,  matters which require skilled negotiations whilst always protecting the spirit of the trust.
