We have developed for our property clients an extranet based deeds management system that allows full external access to deeds and related property documents.
The product allows flexible searching and is accessed by a secure server and dedicated ASDL line. All documents and plans are scanned onto a client specific database in a format which can then be easily reproduced or e mailed onwards. This more than pays for the modest set up and maintenance costs in terms of ease of document retrieval and savings in management time. The product is being used to excellent effect by a number of our clients.
