The raising of finance by a corporate can take different forms and each presents unique challenges.  The context can vary from the positive – development capital for a new project, or asset finance for new plant to finance for an acquisition, to the less positive - refinancing anxious funders against the clock.

We have experience of advising principals on all sides of the process and that understanding helps us to ensure that the commercial as well as the technical aspects of the transaction are efficiently and accurately dealt with.
