Including all elements of company, business and asset sales and purchases, corporate finance and secured lending, management buy-outs and buy-ins and investment fund advice.
Commercial
Joint ventures for both corporate and commercial property and business ventures, shareholder agreements, advise relating to directors duties, intellectual property including trademark registrations, objections and copyright and database rights, company/LLP incorporations and reorganisations, terms and conditions of sale and purchase, advertising (both television and printed media), sponsorship issues and agreements, advising on insolvency issues, agency and distribution.
Employment
Non contentious employment issues such as setting up and advising on share option schemes, drafting services agreements, compromise agreements and TUPE issues.
In his spare time Stojan enjoys supporting Liverpool FC and hating Manchester United FC and working on improving his encyclopaedic knowledge of film.
