Stephen Solomons

Stephen is Head of the firm's Real Estate Department. Formerly with Clifford Chance, Stephen works on all types of investment and development projects including the acquisition and disposal of portfolios, joint ventures and forward funding agreements. Stephen covers all areas of landlord and tenant, high value residential developments, acquisitions and disposals.

He acts for a wide portfolio of clients, from corporate entities, including financial institutions, to the more entrepreneurial property investors and developers.
