Simon Child

Simon, a Solicitor in the firm's Retail department, specialises in commercial landlord and tenant work with a strong emphasis on retail occupiers and their estate requirements in shopping centres, out-of-town retail parks and on the high street.  Simon’s experience also includes dealing with the acquisition, sale, letting and management of industrial parks and offices.

Simon is experienced in all aspects of commercial property work and acts for developers and landlord and tenants alike and, has the benefit of being able to look at matters from both sides.  His experience has particualr emphasis on shopping centre and leisure schemes, as well as acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, asset management, development financing and corporate support. 

Simon has worked on nationwide schemes on behalf of institutional landlords such as Resolution Property plc, Modus Properties Limited, Zurich Assurance Ltd, and Wilson Bowden Developments Limited.
