Richard Twyman

Richard is the head of the firm's Dispute Resolution Department and advises on all areas of commercial litigation. In particular, he specialises in corporate disputes and contentious employment disputes for both employer and employees. Richard has wide litigation experience including the areas of professional negligence, insolvency, construction and building disputes, adverse possession claims and property landlord and tenant matters, copyright, trademarks and passing off as well as non contentious employment issues for employer and employee.

Richard puts real emphasis on client commerciality and ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) by successful mediation in all commercial and property matters.
