Richard Berns

Richard, formerly the firm's Senior Partner is a Senior Consultant with the firm and a specialist in property law. His particular areas of expertise include commercial and residential property acquisitions and developments, joint ventures, leasehold enfranchisement and landlord and tenant matters. He has developed a number of stamp duty and other tax mitigation plans and works with non-residents and also non domiciliaries on UK taxation and other related matters.

Richard has considerable experience with high quality residential housing projects, the most notable being the Manresa Road development in Chelsea, one of the most expensive residential developments in the world.
