Michelle advises clients as to business solutions which are appropriate to their particular needs, lending a common sense and commercial approach in her conduct of matters.
She has wide experience of corporate and commercial activities including fundraisings, sales and acquisitions, reorganisations, restructurings, insolvency, commercial contracts and transactions involving a wide number of diversified industries advising both individual and corporate clients.
Michelle also has experience in a broader range of non-contentious employment matters, advising on employment aspects of management buy-outs, sales and acquisitions, outsourcing and commercial contracts including senior executive appointments and terminations and EMI Schemes.
Michelle spent two years living and working in France and speaks French fluently: a great bonus for some of our clients!
