Matthew, an Associate in the firm's Retail Department, specialises in commercial landlord and tenant work with a particular emphasis on retail occupiers and their estate requirements.

He acts for international, national and niche profile retail clients with substantial and varied property portfolios.

Matthew has considerable experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial property including the acquisition, disposal, letting and management of freehold and leasehold commercial property.

He also deals with lending and security arrangements, development portfolio management and insolvency property work.

Matthew is a member of the British Council of Shopping Centres.
