Mark Spash

Mark joined legacy firm Piper Smith & Basham as an articled clerk in 1981 and, numerous incarnations later, is Piper Smith Watton's Senior Partner.

Combining his responsibilities as Senior Partner  with his role as a Partner within the Private Client department, Mark specialises in assisting clients with their personal wealth management issues: in particular, he advises on matters of estate planning, inheritance disputes, on shore and off shore trust work, wills, powers of attorney and residential property.

Mark is a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, (STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).
