Laura Conduit

Laura deals with general commercial property law matters including landlord & tenant work and property finance, acting for a broad range of clients, including financial institutions, companies and individuals.  She is regularly involved in acquisitions and disposals of residential and commercial development sites.

Laura is also experienced in conducting sales and purchases of high value residential property and is happy to guide both the experienced and those less familiar, including  first time buyers,  through their residential conveyancing whether freehold or leasehold.  As part of her residential work, Laura advises on leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions; she also acts for property management and freehold companies of seveeral large London blocks.

Laura has a particular interest and experience in all aspects of planning law, including drafting and negotiation of section 106 agreements.
