Diana Cornforth

Diana is a property lawyer with a wealth of experience of commercial and retail property matters and also of high net worth residential property transactions, including leasehold enfranchisement.

She is currently the lead lawyer acting for a number of specialist retail brands for whom her property experience and commercial approach have proved invaluable.

Diana has dealt extensively with concession agreements and is well versed in dealing with franchises, in particular, currently for a well known garden nursery business. Diana's portfolio of clients also includes restaurants, medical and optical practices.

Diana also conducted some of the first multiple leasehold extension applications heard by the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal and her extensive experience in this area has proved an invaluable resource for some of our clients.
