Property Litigation

Within our litigation team we have specialisms in all aspects of property related dispute resolution work. Our specialists are able to advise on all relevant legal and practical aspects concerning the problem presented so as to provide the most appropriate commercial solutions.

We provide pro-active management of potential disputes to avoid litigation, for example, in respect of dilapidations and breach of covenant issues, where careful management of a potential dispute may avoid the issue of court proceedings.
