A1 Grand Prix Team UK and Team Canada
PSW act for both the A1 GP Team UK and Canada in respect of negotiating the main Franchise Agreement with the A1 GP Governing Body. Additionally, PSW advised on all aspects of the team’s operation including team sponsorship, compliance with official regulations, the team driver agreements and other key agreements.
Manresa Developments Ltd
PSW has acted in connection with the acquisition of a site in Manresa Road, Chelsea, one of the premier residential sites in the world, together with the financing and construction financing and Section 106 Agreement. PSW also acts in connection with all sales which have taken place to date and all other matters pertaining to the development.
Whessoe
PSW acted for the Al-Rushaid Group in acquiring the LNG (liquid natural gas) storage, gas terminal construction front end engineering and design business carried on by Skanska trading as "Whessoe". The business has a turnover in excess of £45m per annum and is an acknowledged expert in this field. Cleveland Bridge Company (part of the Al-Rushaid Group) constructed the area at Wembley under which you could roll the London Eye!
Innserve
Acted for Mike Foster and Nick Bryan as the founders of Innserve regarding the restructuring of the technical services divisions of Scottish & Newcastle Breweries and Carlsberg Breweries.
Baltimore plc
Advising Baltimore and providing company secretarial services.
Baltimore, once a FTSE100 listed company, is now the subject of a takeover bid.
Indurite/Wood Hardening Technologies
Acted for Mr Vivien Scott in respect of the restructuring of Indurite and the acquisition of Wood Hardening Technologies and the associated IP.
The technology is a novel concept which is patented and relates to giving soft woods the properties of hard woods.
Tapton Estates Limited
Having dealt with the acquisition of a portfolio of surplus brownfield and development land from Hepworths, we are now advising Tapton Estates on the proposed redevelopment and disposal of these sites to various major developers.
Joint ventures with RBS
Acquisitions, restructuring and successful disposal of a property portfolio for a total consideration in excess of £20m.
