Deeds Management Solution

Piper Smith Watton has developed an extranet based deeds management system that allows full external access to deeds and related property documents. The product allows flexible searching and is accessed by a secure server and dedicated ADSL line. All documents and plans are scanned onto a client specific database in a format which can be easily reproduced or emailed onwards. This more than pays for the modest set up and maintenance costs in terms of ease of document retrieval and savings in management time.

This product is already being used by a national retailer, amongst others.
