Piper Smith Watton LLP may be smaller in size than other London law firms but our systems and procedures are driven by a desire to provide our clients with the best possible service levels and results. We are Lexcel accredited (the Law Society’s award for standards of excellence) and look to recruit individuals who are motivated by challenges and success.
Our broad range of practice areas and strong client base mean we can offer challenging opportunities to lawyers across a wide variety of specialist areas. Our admin and support departments and secretarial teams play a crucial role in helping to service our clients.
The Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process involves two interviews; usually conducted by a Partner and our Head of H.R. The firm's Managing Partner always participates in second interviews.
